1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You are prohibited from using the Site:

International Machinery ("the Company"), its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or transmit any of the material on our Site without prior written consent from the Company.

3. Technical Documents and Downloads

Technical specifications, catalogues, brochures, and other materials available for download on this Site are provided for informational and evaluation purposes only. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and print these materials solely for your internal business assessment. You must not:

• Modify, alter, or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the downloaded materials.
• Use these technical documents for commercial manufacturing, reverse engineering, or copying of PT. International Machinery equipment.
• Redistribute, publish, or sell these materials to any third party without our prior written consent.

4. Non-Binding Quotes and Specifications

PT. International Machinery provides tools on this Site to request price quotes and reconditioning assessments. Any quote requests, estimation results, technical specifications, or product data generated through this website do not constitute a legally binding offer or contract. A binding contract is only established when:

• A formal written contract or Sales Agreement is drafted and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
• A formal Purchase Order (PO) issued by the client is officially accepted in writing by PT. International Machinery.

PT. International Machinery reserves the right to correct any typographical, clerical, or formatting errors in any quotation, website pricing, or technical specifications at any time without liability.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Company, its affiliates, or their directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

6. Force Majeure and Service Interruption

PT. International Machinery shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"). A Force Majeure Event includes, but is not limited to:

• Natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, windstorm, or other acts of God.
• War, threat of war, terrorism, civil commotion, or riots.
• Strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, energy or raw material shortages, or transport delays.
• Government acts, regulations, restrictions, import/export embargoes, or server downtime.

Our performance under these Terms is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.

7. Links to Other Sites

Our Site may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through consultation. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Bekasi (Pengadilan Negeri Bekasi) in West Java, Indonesia.
