Extrusion Laminating Machine
An extrusion laminating machine is a high-performance system specifically designed for the coating and laminating of flexible materials. To accommodate different production scales, this extrusion laminating machine is available in two operational configurations:
- Single Extrusion: Applies a uniform resin layer for standard bonding and laminating requirements.
- Tandem Extrusion: Utilizes two sequential extruders for multi-layer lamination, delivering stronger bonding and optimal barrier properties for demanding applications.
This system is integrated with precise temperature control, tension control, efficient cooling and winding systems, and user-friendly automation. This combination ensures high production speeds, consistent quality, and waste reduction, making it a primary solution for food packaging, pharmaceuticals, and industrial lamination that require superior durability and excellent shelf life.
